City

Today I went city with Auntie susan and uncle barry. First we went to catch the citycat. I diligently brought along orofacial structures and was reading that on the bus and while waiting for uncle barry. We caught the city cat and it takes about half an hour to get to st lucia :D once we find the timetable we can catch the ferry instead of the bus :D

went to the museaum which i think was pretty kiddy so i learnt nothing sigh, what a waste of a museum trip haha. it had a wall which compared your height with other things and got my height as under 170cm WTF no way duuuuude :P

so after a bit i sat down adn did some reading. same as when uncle barry and aunt susan had coffee, more teeth for meeeee

we walked across the bridge that lights up at night and mentally i counted 300 steps so it is about 240 metres long meaning the river is about that wide m,eaning i only need to swim 250 metres, EASY :D

was browsing movies at target haha, and about 3 caught my eye but i'm watching my wallet ;p

so got lots of work to do now! cyall l8r as craaaazy abbrviation kids write

BLOOOOODDDD

got another blood test, forgot to ask the doctor about cholesterol and malaria.

get my lipton ice tea after going to 4 different convenient stores, some don't even stock lipton ice tea but only nestea :O

the blood came out pretty easily now that i know you have to drink water before going for a blood test hahaha so that was all well and done but i waited hout half an hour...that's what happens when you come 20 mins early and i have another appointment next thuirsday after biology again......hope i don't get pwned hahaha i.e. forget about it again

buses coming back are quite scarce....cos like no one goes home at 10 :P also buses were quite deserted i guess that happens when there's no uni right? ;p

the tooth morphology identification is annoying as ever but i'll try to memorise picture as the tip sonya gave :D

played my mobile game and got the highest score i've gotten so far in one of the levels....like 25k and normally you get something in the vicinity of 10k :D so basically i rule at that level hahahahaha

facebook is so boring when no one comments :P

Another day, more shopping

Haha :D went to the city today for the markets which is next to the casino :P

it looks good so manybe next wednesday bewteen the 1020 talk and the biol 1040 talk we can go? might not have enough time but LETS GOOOOOO :D

bought some bananas - which is saw an add for 'no no's' and 'na na's' :P - blueberries, rasperries (which i had for the first time...and decided i don't like it- fresh that is had frozen before) and some bread...and their bread is quite different to commercial bread....more expensive and a lot heavier :P

mum called and reminded me and asked how i was going...got doctor's appointment tomorrow...won't forget THAT AGAIN she told me the needles were $10 cheaper each in sydney........i lose $20 :O

been studying 1010 and its quite ok :P

today is sunny so my clothes dried and don't have that yucky smell

my holidays are half gone!

built a table today so now i have a new table and my room is complete but i gotta get used to it hahaha moved all the stuff..and there were a lot of cables...speakers have 3 by themselves....

bought a shirt that reads
'i'm right 97% of the time who cares about the other 4%'. good buy for $10 :P
bought some shampoo and pen and pencil...WITH GRIP

also got a computer table which will get assembled one day :P

did my washing and it rained so i brought it back in and now it is cloudy so i suspect it won't dry and thus it is staying in my room until a better day...hopeflly tomorrow. in the washing machine,a massive towel that i am gonna chuck under the sheets (it was new) made lots of white stuff on all my clothes...which isn't cool.

didn't do that much today might do some work but not likely!

i mean mum i am working really hard

I WENT TO NSW

before you go wth how come you didn't visit me and how come i didn't know...its cos i didn't go sydney. went for a 1.5 hour drive (at the speed limit) to tweed heads. VERY NICE BEACH :D

walked on the boarder. I was in two states at once. so now this easter break i went to about 4 beaches :P

then we went for a drive around went shopping but i barely bought anything, only pair of shoes and 3 toothbrushes. We saw a guy trying to sell absorbant towels hahaha he was really convincing...except i had no use for them :P

We then arrived at a hotel and had lunch there. I was so full i could barely walk :P (it was like sizzler setting except about 3 times as much choice) got back in the car and within 20 minutes i was asleep. I woke up to find we had arrived at another shopping centre. this place was much better

david jones had 60% off clothes...and they were still really expensive
everywhere we turned there was a sale...except about 4/5 of them were for women :P and they guys clothes wasn't so good :P

i bought a pair od runners for $45, pretty good imo except i don't think it matched any of my clothes hahahaha guess i just gotta get it dirty or something

spent 8 hours away from home and came back to a stamina buff in mafia wars, itsall good :D

25 things to tell you

about camping of course :D

baked beans make you fart a lot.....been fating all day hahaha

the drive from brisbane to the sunshine coast is pretty damn cool, there are all these tall slender trees arranged in rows so you can see to the other side when you drive past!

Another thing about nature...the camping ground...despite the lights had like so many stars it is amazing! like i don't remember seeing so many since singleton!

There are soooo many differences from camping with cadets and camping with middle aged adults :P they are so much more prepared, had a lot more food but i had less fun cos we didn't really do that much

what we did do was fishing...AND I CAUGHT A ROCK FISHHHHHH...which means i lost a hook cos it got stuck on a rock and i pulled too hard.

Slept at 10 every night after watching half of a movie :D that was possible because i brought a laptop...and they charged it for $1....i shouldn't have charged my phone what a waste of a dollar :P i don't think i needed to hahahahaha

I slept in a tent by myself for the first time! on a mostly deflated airbed because the cap wasn't completely closed. the floor was more comfortable than the half deflated bed hahahaha

now for the water. The first time i saw the water...i was put off...it was yellow....yuuuuuk BUT later found out it was cos of tea trees and not cos of dirty pipes (THAT EXPLAINED THE TASTE) so we went to a farm and filled baout 6 litres of drinking water. however, there was a shower block and numerous taps :D

nature was so nice despite raining on us causing us to be unable to go sailing and unable to go bushwalking...FOR LONG ANYWAY

we went bushwalking of sorts twice, once on the 40 acre farm which i must say was amazingly beautiful (the wasted mangoes were not a rpetty sight though) there were rolling hills and lots of trees, peacocks and lots of wildlife and an amazing butterfly that i swear isn't a spy :P

There must have been like 1000 people and about half of them were serial campers :P they had so much gear it wasn't funny like there tents that were rooms and they had their own bar and lots of chairs...that's not a tent...its a freaking house.

the shower blocks...for the male at least didn't have a lock...which led to an ancounter with another person...who knocked and although he didn't open the door completely he began to...hahaha good thing i have a loud voice :D. Another encounter was the first time i went to the toilet and my surprise at the lack of locks and some random guy explained the fact of 'knock because there is no lock but its ok cos we all have ..."

WE WENT TO ABOUT 3 BEACHES. sunshine coast for the win! sea breeze was really nice quite windy it was a differnt windy from sticking your head out the window hahaha

the adults were fussy and always seemed to be busy :P me on the other hand had time to lie down adn look at the stars or sleep or play my game on my mobile.19. compared to teenagers maybe they’re trying to impress each other :P I could probably have lived off the stuff they brought for say…3 times as long cos everyone assumed the other people were gonna forget everything so they brought enough for 7 people for 3 days…each :P needless to say I was completely full the entire time :P there were also enough tents for about….twice if not 3 times as many people. E.g. I have a 3 man tent to myself. The other 3 couples hav a three man tent each as well… there is a spare 8 man tent and a 2 man tent is beingused for storage :D this meant i was super full the entire time :D

when I am a rich dentist I am gonna get myself a boat, a licence for the boat,a 4 wheel drive and go boating. Same thing with a plane although that is a bit more expensive. It looks so fun :D

WHYYYYYY do mosquitoes exists and WHYYYY did we camp next to something that became a puddle. we had tropical strength insect repellent, mortein lamp and OFF so we were alright

kids are soooo strange hahaha they were playing in the mosquito infested pond and were getting all muddy. they were swinging on vines and climbing trees, although it looked fun i didn't join them

Today was good and bad..as you can probably gather :P

the day didn't start out great, woke up at 8 30 and was really rushed cos tut started at 9 :P was only 15 minutes late cos i could not be bothered runing for the bus.

When i got to tut, i realised that there were like 30% of the class there. That was ok but after the tut...there was no one to hang out with so diligent me went to the library. It was the first time since orientation that i was wandering around the uni by myself :O I sat down at a random bench and just watched people, particularly the people setting up a sausage sizzle shop.

At the library, i went on the computer to look at the biology notes..as i had neglected to print them out and i ended up playing bejewelled for an hour after facebooking for an hour haha

so i only had an hour left to kill before i had my last lecture before midsem break. I had lunch and lay down on a bench outside the art gallery (next to the library) and watched a crow and thinking how it was working on a cellular level :P

Then ben and helen rocked up and it was all good :D

met sonya at the lecture theatre...and it turned out they all slept in cos they had a late night...still haven't heard form elaine :P

THEN IT WAS BIO - which was fun for once!

Then we went to our other biop lecture theatre and just sat around and talked for a few hours :D

Ben called me at like 2 and told me he'd call again when he was bored :P

at 3 50 mum called and i said...ben's bored now before reaching for my phone hahaha

4 10 ben called ;p I KNEW HE'D GET BORED!

RAN HOME AT 4 40 :D

got home at 5 05

now its 5 30 and i've had a shower, shall have to visit aunt veronica to get a backpack for camping :D
